Small case with one hinge and a hinged fastening . Inside the case is a padded support for the pieces of the razor. The padding is made up of brown and blue velvet. The top lid is covered with blue velvet .

Curved head is a rectangle with a concave face . Three screws protruding from back face. Base is a rectangle plate with 10 4 long teeth on each long edge of the rectangle. There are three wholes orientated horizontally

Rectangular razor blade with curved edges and sharpened top and bottom edges . There are three horizontal holes in the centre . Inscriptions A-side " made in Canada / known the world over / No stropping / 016 / no Honing" the Gillette logo is located above the holes . B-side "...AT. MAN... / GILLETTE BLADE / not to be re sharpened "

Handle is a cylinder with screw attachments at either end .
