Heavy oval brown metal insignia. Border is in the image of a belt and reads "HONI/SUIT/QUI/MAL/Y/PENSE". Mirrored monogram inside the belt reads "VR". Curled point at bottom of oval. Design is surmounted by St Edward's crown. Bent plate welded to back as slide fastening.
