Circular bronze Anzac medallion lapel pin. The obverse is surmounted by a Queen's crown and shows a portrayal of Simpson and his donkey assisting a wounded man and the date '1915' above a laurel wreath and the word 'ANZAC'. The reverse has a brass pin and engraved with H.W Macklin.
