Case (outer): cream , leather look with gold trim. Gold embossed Australian Commonwealth Military Forces and New Zealand silver fern emblems.
Case (inner) : white synthetic silk like material covering the upper case shell with THE ANZAC 75th ANNIVERSARY / 25th APRIL , 1990 and the Royal Australian Mint / Reserve Bank of New Zealand coat of arms printed top and bottom.
Lower case shell has green flocked plastic support with indentations for coins and leaflet.
Coins 02 & 03 Front : Queen Elizabeth II portrait facing right
Reverse 01 : Image of Simpson and his donkey during the Gallipoli campaign, to right is text "5 DOLLARS".
Reverse 02 : Soldier with rifle in front of Australian flag to right is text "5 DOLLARS".
Leaflet: text printed in black ink with textured edging embossed borders
Letter: addressed to WWI veteran, signed by R. J. L. Hawkem Prime Minister of Australia .
