Brown biplane with red nose and wheels, single open cockpit with twin black machine guns, wooden two-member propeller engine, string cables on wings and on tail and tail wings, two front wheels and one back wheel . Insignia - red and white 'V' stripe in centre of upper wing (topside) and British targets at either end of upper wing and lower wing (underside) and either side of fuselage, British colours painted on tail , three white stripes on either side of fuselage, black text in white box 'B 7270' on either side of fuselage, black 'B / 7270' on either side of tail .
