Printed certificate of Service with honourable discharge, awarded to 6829 Private Leonard Fred Riddle. 20th Battalion. Awarded on 2nd March 1919. Certificate is thick paper, printed with red and black ink. Hand written inscriptions in (possibly) sepia ink are noted on the recto, lower right corner: '6829 Private Leonard Fred Riddle. 20th Battalion (additional inscription illegible). Served with honour and was disabled in the Great War. Honourably discharged on (printed black & red type) 2nd March 1919' (handwritten sepia? ink). Signature in black ink, signed by George V; 'George R.I.'. Inscription lower centre recto, sepia? ink; 'HO 18-9-19' (inscription partly damaged). Inscription top left recto, sepia? ink '4099'.
