Description
A folded German soldier pay card ; the front has an illustration of two German soldiers with arms up stretched to a crown surrounded by light in the sky ; underneath image the form has space for the first last name ; possibly regiment ; inside it unfolds with text on the left which mentions the word bank and 100 M ( German Marks ) ; the opposite interior page has squares with 1 to 14 ; the back page has 15 to 30 ; presumably that a soldier would get each square stamped or checked off when they collected their wages
